Meditation is, surely, the power is more precious than human beings because it is the only way to achieve the higher levels of ecstasy. What is ecstasy? It can be defined as the third state of consciousness, a form of perception so definite, such as sleep and wakefulness. Is a state that has its own laws, when we feel, know without doubt that we are there.
Ecstasy is characterized because it produces a feeling of absolute survival. Suddenly, all the dualities that give content to mind melt in a direct perception of the unit. Interpretation is a break, a journey of consciousness beyond the ego and the realm of notiempo, where the laws of matter are canceled and only a shiver of pleasure that merges with the infinite. It is the trance of shamans, the Samadhi of yoga, the experience of the Kingdom among the Christians and the Toltec Teowatia.
The role of ecstasy in the economy of consciousness, is to balance the duality overwhelming that we generated in the alternation of sleeping and waking. Children often enter there, all children know, if they can not express, that as adults many years we have difficulty understanding: that the real world lies not in what we see, but in the act to see.
In the majority of cases, we get to ecstasy only through the brief moments we enjoy an orgasm. The strength of this moment is such that most adult humans and animals spend their entire lives in pursuit. An orgasm is the entrance to Tamoanchan through Kolotl vital center at the base of the spine. But that is not the only entrance, an artist knows that you can also reach the ecstatic state with the center of the heart, and knows that that kind of experience is notably more intense and satisfying sexual surrender.
Although ecstasy is a natural state, only proposed meditators reach each and every one of our vital centers, thus accessing to experiences that, from the human point of view, we can only call divine. So it expands our base of experience and data, that the vision of the world inevitably changes. The stories of the sacred books like the Bible, the Vedas or the Popol Vuh, stop being capricious and myths become clear guidelines for the management of consciousness. At the same time, the mind is freed of superstition, dreams are filled with colors and there becomes a continuous adventure, full of exciting possibilities. Kinam
Within the object of meditation is not to pleasant experiences (Although this in itself is already a significant reason), but something much more refined. It happens that the moments of ecstasy are accumulated and are creating a parallel continuity to our personal history, which could be interpreted as the history of our dreams twice. At some point, this accumulation crystallizes, the double takes own life and once we get rid of the ominous subject to the ego. Since everything that dies when we die, is the ego, we can say that ecstasy is the gateway to immortality.
